Job Description

🚀 The Job Mission

As part of the Nuclear Steam Supply System (NSSS) organisation, your role is to manage documentation, track key project data, and ensure smooth reporting for critical nuclear installations. You will play a vital role in ensuring project quality, compliance, and efficiency.

Your Key Responsibilities:

⚡️ Oversee documentation strategy and coordination for NSSS scope, aligning with EDF and contractor frameworks.
⚡️ Act as the main contact for Asset Suit 9, providing training and user guidance.
⚡️ Monitor documentation maturity, tracking key reports such as Inspection Test Plans and End of Manufacturing Reports.
⚡️ Support the Hydro-Pressure Test (HPT) readiness, working closely with the HPT coordinator.
⚡️ Collect and manage project documentation to demonstrate installation quality and compliance.
⚡️ Validate and communicate project reports during weekly NSSS meetings.
⚡️ Identify and manage contract deviations within the NSSS documentation scope.
⚡️ Assist the Project Manager and System Leader with documentation for handovers to commissioning teams.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications

🛠 Essential Skills:

🛠 Minimum 10 years of experience in a documentation or construction-related role.
🛠 Strong background in quality management, nuclear safety culture, and document control.
🛠 Experience with technical documentation management in large-scale projects.
🛠 Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and ensure smooth project delivery.
🛠 Strong leadership and communication skills to liaise with contractors and project teams.
🛠 Ability to work autonomously while maintaining awareness of project requirements.

✔️ Desired Skills:

✔️ Degree in Documentation Management or equivalent experience.
✔️ Nuclear industry experience and understanding of regulated environments.
✔️ Familiarity with Asset Suit 9 tools for documentation control.
✔️ Knowledge of Hinkley Point C processes and procedures.
✔️ Experience working on complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
