Job Title:   Director, Global Omni Marketing
Reports to:  VP, Omni Marketing
Location:  Goleta, CA or Remote (Los Angeles, San Francisco or New York preferred)

The Role

We are seeking a creative, strategic media/marketing professional who can help us deliver unique brand experiences in the marketplace.

You will work with partners in Consumer Insight, Brand Marketing (UGG, HOKA, Teva) and our regional marketing teams (North America, EMEA, China, Japan) to design and deploy global media strategies that will meaningfully connect with our key consumers and communities. 

You will also help develop and maintain a global reporting suite of consumer and campaign metrics.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

Leverage consumer insights to design differentiated global media strategies (within an integrated marketing framework) that amplify the message and move both brand and commercial needles. Work closely with regional teams to identify, type, target and influence our brands’ consumer segments Advocate and coach adoption of advanced planning & measurement tools (e.g. Marketing Mix Modeling, sufficiency analysis, consumer activation) Develop & maintain a global reporting suite of key consumer and campaign metrics Work with regional partners to create learning roadmaps and share best practice.

Who You Are

You are highly strategic, a great collaborator, and it is second nature for you to blend data with consumer insight and empathy to come up fresh, powerful ideas and activations.

You have a passion and respect for international culture and nuance.

We’d love to hear from people with

  • 10+ years working with digital media (brand or agency), and ample experience partnering in an integrated marketing team (brand/creative, PR, sports marketing, etc).
  • Experience working with global brands/campaigns is a plus.

A person with:

$185,000 - $195,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your preferred location during the hiring process.
