The Enterprise Reliability Sales Team Leader is responsible for leading Europe sales team and looking after new business development, account acquisition and growth across a defined territory in the European Market, for our Integrated Asset Performance Management offering.

With a solid understanding of Integrated Asset Performance Management & proven track of selling this solution to key clients in the region, the responsibilities will include vertical penetration strategies and planning, prospecting and sales pipeline management, account analysis and information reporting.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading Europe’s team and managing their KPI’s & Sales Targets
  • Targeting strategically and navigating a successful sales outcome in a complex sales environment.
  • Selling across or entire Asset Performance Management portfolio including software, hardware, and consultancy services. 
  • Partnering with our technical sales team and product specialists where required to address customer requirements.
  • Working with Sales Development Representatives to optimize a proactive sales approach.
  • Coordinating proposals / bids, negotiating contracts & ensuring compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessments.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university or college.
  • Have multiple years of experience in software sales, Reliability, Asset performance management.
  • Have experience in managing the entire sales cycle, particularly in closing complex sales.
  • Be able to conduct business in at least two languages appliable to the primary territory for this role and / or other countries within mainland Europe
  • Be able to influence others and lead small teams along with coordinating several projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrate a track record of success in meeting & over-achieving sales targets (conversion rates & financial)
  • Be experienced in managing “A” class customers and expanding wallet share through effective relationship management.
  • Be able to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
