We're seeking a dynamic Account Engagement Specialist to support our local marketing teams, spearheading initiatives that boost Lead Generation, Lead Nurturing, and overall marketing activities. If you excel in marketing automation and have a keen eye for best practices, we want to hear from you!

For this role we will be considering various locations across UK and EMEA region as well as possibility of remote contract.

Our goals - Your path

Account Engagement: Support the function of the business units we have in EMEA

  • Support the two Business units we have for Account Engagement platform in the EMEA region, ensuring it is used effectively to meet marketing objectives.
  • Support local countries (when required) to create, implement, and optimize Account Engagement campaigns, including email marketing, lead nurturing and automations.
  • Support the development and manage Account Engagement forms, landing pages, and automated workflows to capture and nurture leads.

Email Marketing: Give guidance and hands on help when required with best practices in Email Marketing

  • Trouble shoot email templates with local users when support is required.
  • Show knowledge to local users on how to segment email lists based on demographics, behaviours, and other criteria to target specific audiences effectively.
  • Monitor the business unit performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Lead Management: Support the roll out of this new process within the EMEA region

  • Work closely with the Regional Digital Customer Engagement Manager to help deploy Lead processes with Account Engagement and Salesforce.
  • Support in new initiatives such as lead scoring and grading models to prioritize leads for sales engagement.
  • Track and report on lead generation metrics and campaign effectiveness.

Content Creation: Support local users with Lead Generation with forms on campaign pages with Account Engagement assets

  • Collaborate with other team members to support local users with Campaign pages that may include forms for Lead nurturing programs.
  • Ensure all marketing communications are aligned with the company's brand and messaging guidelines.

Training & Support: Give one to one or group session training on Account Engagement

  • Provide training and hands on support to team members on Account Engagement best practices and usage.
  • Stay up-to-date with Account Engagement features, updates, and industry trends to ensure the company leverages the platform effectively

Qualifications

Your expertise - Our strength

Required:

  • Native English or extremely high proficiency
  • 2 years of experience in marketing automation, preferably with Account Engagement or equivalent such as Marketing Cloud, Hubspot etc.
  • Experience in building segmentation lists/audiences
  • Experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, and campaign management.
  • Experience with Email metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be confident to communicate well with multiple users within different countries in EMEA.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage multiple tasks

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of HTML
  • A good understanding of B2B marketing and Lead generation strategies
  • Knowledge on reporting in Salesforce/Account Engagement
