Tasks and Qualifications:- Assist in the design and development of components within real-time software applications by building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Participate in peer review such as code design, test reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.
- Analyse user requirements and design software solutions to meet these requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and integrate software components into larger systems.
- Maintain and improve existing software applications, including troubleshooting and bug fixes.
Qualifications:
- B.S. Computer Science or related field
- Background or experience in Software Engineering or Automation (C on Linux)
- Scripting languages such as Python, shell scripts
- Experience of source control tools such as git
- Experience of real-time environments
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Gitlab Runners etc)
- Experience with automation/IaC tools such as Ansible, Terraform
- Experience with containerisation technology such as Docker, Kubernetes
- Experience of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server
