Currently, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team in the UK.

Your daily responsibilities:

  • Build and operate highly reliable and scalable systems using OpenShift and Azure.
  • Implementation and management of CI/CD pipelines, automation tooling, and infrastructure improvements.
  • Own the observability stack, including metrics, logging, dashboards, and alerting using Prometheus, Loki, Grafana and ServiceNow
  • Coordinate incident response efforts, assisting with root cause analysis, and drive long‑term corrective strategies.
  • Identify reliability risks and create plans to eliminate operational bottlenecks through automation and engineering improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including development, security, architecture, and platform engineering, to deliver reliable services.
  • Maintain and manage technical documentation, architecture diagrams.
  • Work with the team to create operational runbooks.
  • Influence infrastructure and platform roadmap decisions through data, analysis, and best‑practice guidance.

Your key skills

  • Extensive hands‑on experience with Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, and containerised application architectures.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Azure cloud services, networking, identity, and cloud‑native patterns.
  • Experience implementing and managing observability platforms using Prometheus, Loki, and Grafana.
  • Proven track record improving system availability, performance, and reliability in production environments.
  • Strong skills in automation and infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
  • Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Bash, Python, or Go.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservice architectures. 
  • Experience with service meshes, such as Istio
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and best practices for cloud and container environments.
  • Experience in a DevOps engineering role.

What sets you apart (we’d consider any of these as a big plus):

  • Previous SRE experience
  • Champion SRE methodologies including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets across teams.
  • Experience influencing architectural decisions in large, complex environments.
  • Experience leading incident response, post‑mortem reviews, and reliability initiatives.
  • Experience designing and owning CI/CD pipelines for large‑scale applications.
