Job requirements
Aptia are looking for a De-risking Senior Analyst to lead complex projects that deliver accurate, high-quality data and de-risking solutions to trustees, clients, and internal teams.
Partnering with Client Directors internally, you will also act as a key client contact, providing technical guidance, managing budgets, and ensure that projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
You will also mentor junior team members, contribute to an effective peer review process and drive process improvements.
This is a hybrid working position which can be aligned to any Aptia UK office.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Lead multiple de-risking projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
Perform pension calculations, data audits, and risk analysis
Manage client relationships, budgets, and billing cycles
Implement and maintain risk-based project plans aligned to client expectations
Drive process improvements and share best practices across the team
Mentor and support junior colleagues, including offshore teams
What We’re Looking For:
Strong DB/DC pensions knowledge and experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
Proven ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities
Skilled problem solver, able to use innovation and adaptability to resolve complex issues
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Adaptable, collaborative, and client-focused approach
Desirable: Working towards PMI qualifications or equivalent.
