Your Role: DAX Programmatic Business Development (FTC)
A digital specialist senior sales role, the Programmatic BD will be responsible for the generation of incremental regional digital revenue across the DAX Outdoor & Audio products, as well as video and display. This role requires a high standard of programmatic knowledge, strong media agency and trading desk contacts and a clear grasp of the digital landscape.
As a DAX BD at Global, you will:
Key Responsibilities
- Key responsibility (35%): Generate incremental programmatic revenue across both DAX audio and DAX outdoor
- Key responsibility (40%): Build and maintain a highly influential profile within your agencies, with a focus on digital teams, Heads of Digital, Digital Strategists, Digital Planners, Digital Buyers, Heads of Programmatic, Programmatic Managers, and trading desks ensuring they have the right knowledge and tools for innovative and seamless campaign activation, ensuring that we are front of mind for briefs, new business and short term opportunities.
- Key responsibility (25%): Deliver effective internal communication to ensure you are best placed to provide expert knowledge on programmatic to the wider agency sales team. Work closely with the DAX product and tech team to provide market feedback to make sure we are building out the product in line with agency needs.

What Success Looks Like
In your first few months, you’ll have:
- Analysed programmatic revenue performance across each agency patch.
- Managed a robust and accurate pipeline.
- Delivered & implemented a digital business plan.
- Feel comfortable in the DAX platform and reporting systems.
- Built relationships and profile within agency teams and specific clients, with a key focus on the following departments: Planners, Agency Trading Desks.
What You’ll Need
- Deep knowledge of programmatic supply chain , hands on platform experience across a DSP or SSP
- Solutions focused problem solver with strong data analysis skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, effectively communicating, building rapport and ability to relate to others at all levels
- An ability to inspire and excite about the capabilities of programmatic. With experience in teaching and leadership within this space.
