Description

Who we are

Founded in 2016, Lusha grew from a bootstrapped startup to a $1.5B unicorn, backed by $245M in investments and trusted by sales teams at Google, Zendesk, and Yotpo.

Lusha is changing the B2B sales experience with a new approach called Sales Streaming. It allows salespeople to search for any lead in the world, then our AI finds them better ones, keeps them streaming, and does outreach for them. This means they can now spend most of their time selling.

With 1.5M+ users, 200M+ contacts, and 40K new signups every month, we’re the engine behind modern GTM teams. And we’re just getting started.

Where does this role fit in our vision?

Every role at our company is designed with a clear purpose—to integrate collective efforts into our shared success, functioning as pieces of a collective brain. As a Product Manager in the Data Product team, you’ll lead Lusha’s Professional Contacts Data domain, owning the development of innovative, insight-powered data products. Your work will enable smarter prospecting, fuel data-driven workflows, and elevate the entire B2B sales experience for our customers.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Lusha’s data product lines, aligning initiatives with the company vision and business objectives.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle—from ideation, planning, and development through launch and ongoing iteration—for both new and existing data products.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Data Science teams to integrate advanced machine learning (ML) and large language models (LLMs) into data products, delivering improved data quality and customer value.
  • Establish, track, and analyze key product performance metrics to inform prioritization, decision-making, and continuous product improvement.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Analytics, Customer Success, and Sales teams to ensure smooth execution of product strategies and successful go-to-market efforts.
  • Research and monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and data best practices to ensure Lusha remains at the forefront of innovation in the B2B data space.

Requirements
  • 2–6 years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS, specifically working on building and scaling data products.
  • Customer-obsessed mindset, with practical experience conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Strong ability to translate qualitative customer insights into impactful product improvements and features.
  • Highly data-driven and analytical, with a results-oriented approach and a passion for optimization and innovation.
  • Solid understanding of data management principles, data ecosystems, and analytics techniques.
  • Proven ability to independently drive complex projects from ideation through execution.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies, with comfort adopting new AI tools and staying up to date with emerging trends.

We’re dreamers, innovators, and learners, driven by simplicity, collaboration, and trust.

At Lusha, your work matters. Your voice is heard. And your growth is part of our growth.

Ready to join us? Let’s build the future of sales, together.
