About This Role
Join our Business Aviation Training Centre in Burgess Hill, West Sussex as OEM Specialist for our Dassault product. In this role you will support and nurture the highest standards of CAE/Dassault relationships; with Dassault OEM as one of CAE's key business partners with a strong focus on driving customer satisfaction through leveraging internal relationships to help achieve client retention.
The role we are offering you
The OEM Sales Specialist’s role is centered around customer success and sales execution for the Dassault / DFJ account. You are responsible for all incoming training requests from Dassault, including entitlement and Dassault pilot, maintenance training and are the main point of contact for Dassault training service requests. The focus is to quickly respond to customer requests via phone and email to accurately book their training while updating the CRM database. You are coordinating with both training services and sales to provide an ideal training experience by acting as an internal champion for the client and a subject matter expert for the Dassault accounts. The OEM Sales Specialist will work with our Regional Sales Managers globally for governance, account reviews and performance KPIs.
Key Job Role responsibilities
- Accountable for all bookings from both retention and wallet share for Dassault accounts. Owns the client's experience and acts as a link between Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Regulatory, Records. Responsible for quickly responding to requests to book revenue within the platform with accurate, detailed information that matches customers preferences. Ensures that bookings are entered correctly into the system and follows up with clients regarding any pre-training related changes, questions, or concerns.
- Overcomes client objections and creates new revenue opportunities by generating leads for RSMs to follow up on. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for Dassault accounts through determined and independent effort.
- Communicate with Dassault on a continuous basis to develop rapport. Check in with the pilots or training directors after training to collect immediate feedback and secure following year’s booking. Advises customers of upcoming training opportunities and educates customer on CAE offerings including highlighting upsell opportunities on every booking.
- Support sales activities in defined platforms by working closely with Sales Management and Dassault as a subject matter expert. Provides guidance on suggested courses, training availability, and platform specific knowledge.
- Build and maintain client relationships. Acts as a trusted training advisor for Decision Makers while arranging their scheduling needs.
- Resolves customer concerns. Provides the first line response for pre and post training customer concerns by independently seeking solutions and advocating throughout the company. Escalates concerns when necessary and owns the concern until it is resolved.
- Ensure all reporting, Booking, and CRM entry is done accurately and on time.
Our ideal candidate
- Working knowledge of EASA, FAR Part 91 and 135, CARs 604 and 704 preferred
- Pilot's license preferred but not required.
- French (desirable) and English language skills (mandatory)
- Experience with corporate flight departments and/or charter operators preferred.
- Knowledge of and experience with Bombardier flight departments preferred.

Location
The full-time and permanent role is based on-site at our Business Aviation Training Centre in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. The working hours of the role are Monday to Friday, 39 hours a week.
