About the Role:
The Customer Success team is responsible for ensuring our customers are supported and enabled to stop breaches using the CrowdStrike Falcon Platform.
The Customer Success Architect (CSA) is responsible for customer adoption of CrowdStrike products aligned to our Exposure Management product group. This group is focused on protecting customers across their entire attack surface through visibility and vulnerability management. The CSA will design a prescriptive customer lifecycle for adoption, working with Product Management, Engineering, Value, Product Marketing and other key stakeholder groups. They will be responsible for programs including product lifecycle readiness (NPI), customer adoption and health, and representing customers and customer facing teams with the product development and engineering groups.
Additionally, the CSA will be expected to contribute thought leadership by representing the Customer Success team and contributing submissions for Fal.Con and other industry conferences.
What You'll Do:

Partner with Product and Engineering leadership as primary advocate for Customer Success

Develop and manage a prescriptive customer adoption and value journey including relevant metrics and dashboards to provide insights for internal and external customers

Work with product teams to ensure new features and releases are properly documented and communicated to front-line teams

Create and curate customer facing content including Best Practice Guides, Practitioner Guides, Webinars and Knowledge Base articles to drive self-service success

Identity skill requirements and gaps and work with the training team to maintain an up to date employee enablement plan
What You'll Need:
-
Expertise in designing, implementing and/or administering threat exposure (vulnerability) management
-
Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices and related technologies
-
4-year Degree from an Accredited institution
-
5+ years experience in the public or private sector as an engineer, analyst, architect, administrator or manager of the key technologies.

Experience in Knowledge Management, Training Development, Public Speaking, Technical Writing

Ability to communicate and articulate crisply at all levels from executive staff to engineers

Ability and desire to being hands on as well as leading the team and collaborating cross functionally
