As a Customer Relations Coordinator, you’ll be at the forefront of resolving customer concerns with precision and care. You’ll manage the entire lifecycle of customer complaints, ensuring every issue is addressed promptly and thoroughly, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role is crucial in fostering strong relationships with our customers and collaborating with various internal departments.

How you will do it

  • Investigate and Resolve: Conduct thorough investigations into customer complaints, from initial receipt through to resolution, ensuring all processes are followed and customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Document and Report: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, and provide regular reports on findings and resolutions.
  • Prioritise and Manage: Effectively manage your time and prioritise tasks to meet goals and deadlines, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service.

What we are looking for

Required:

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle inquiries over the phone and via email.
  • Time Management: Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or customer service environment is preferred.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in documenting and reporting.
