- Proactively update the customer and internal stakeholders to ensure maximum customer satisfaction within Salesforce.
- Enable accurate and timely service order processing and invoicing in SAP.
- Process credits, returns, repairs and warranty replacements.
- Generate quotes.
- Liaise with customers and regional managers.
- Investigate and action disputes.
- Provide general administration support
- Strong customer focus, collaborative mindset.
- Salesforce experience.
- SAP S/4 experience.
- Microsoft Office skills.
- Good communicator.
