About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Marketing Manager to bring our customer success stories to life and develop a strong customer advocacy program. This role plays a vital part in shining a spotlight on DataCamp's real-world influence and nurturing a community of dedicated advocates.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer marketing strategy
  • Create compelling customer success stories, case studies, and video testimonials
  • Build and manage a customer advocacy program to amplify customer voices
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, product marketing, acquisition, demand gen, and event teams to recruit advocates for speaking engagements at events.
  • Manage customer reference programs for sales. 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in customer marketing, preferably in SaaS.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers.
  • Experience in developing and executing customer advocacy programs is a plus. 
  • Ability to measure the impact of campaigns and the customer advocacy program through data analysis, and leverage insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
