JOB PURPOSE

Unilever is the place where you can bring your purpose to life with the work that you do – creating a better business and a better world.  If you are passionate about leading the Customer Experience agenda for the Modern Trade (MT) Foods channel by ensuring end-to-end order management, stock availability, and service level excellence. Be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams to guarantee product availability at the point of sale, while driving continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. then this role is just for you!

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Manage and monitor performance on E2E Order to Cash process for Modern Trade FOODS customers in Mexico, this means from order entry to cash collection.
  • Manage cross-functional teams (Customer Facing, CPFR, Back Office) and promote a customer-centric culture among Unilever.
  • Cross-functional Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with various internal departments to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.
  • Lead Customer Collaboration agenda with strategic customers to optimize the Supply Chain.
  • People Management: Demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills to guide and support team members.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Maintain high service levels (FR, Instock, DOH, OSA, etc.) and build strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and support.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Identify challenges quickly and implement effective solutions to ensure continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Experience in Supply Chain (Planning, Customer Service, Logistics)
  • Leaderships Skills: stay three steps ahead / deliver with excellence / care deeply / focus on what counts

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree on Industrial Engineering, Administration, or similar careers is required.
  • English fluency is preferred but not required.
  • Ms Office advance knowledge is highly preferably, mainly Excel and Powerpoint, PBI.
  • Knowledge on SAP ERP system or similar is preferred.
