About the role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CRM Marketing Executive to create, manage, and optimise impactful B2B email marketing campaigns through our marketing automation platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing engaging email content, designing automated nurture journeys, managing CRM contact data, and using data-driven insights to enhance lead conversion rates. 

The ideal candidate will have proven expertise with Zoho One or a similar marketing technology platform and a strong focus on leveraging automation to enhance lead management and conversion in a B2B setting.  

This role is pivotal in driving marketing campaign excellence, ensuring all communications are targeted, relevant, and aligned with our marketing objectives. 


Responsibilities:

Email Marketing and Automation 

  • Create compelling email marketing campaigns, including copywriting, content creation, and layout design. 
  • Build and optimise automated lead nurture journeys to improve prospect engagement and conversion. 
  • Coordinate, design, and distribute the monthly email newsletter, collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and relevance. 
  • Maintain and continually refine marketing automation workflows to maximise efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations across all email marketing activities. 
  • Liaise with external CRM support partners for technical enhancements and email platform improvements as necessary. 
  • Produce and maintain best practice documentation and training materials related to email marketing and automation. 


CRM Data Management 

  • Manage and maintain contact data within the CRM to ensure accuracy, completeness, and data hygiene. 
  • Regularly cleanse and segment CRM contact data to support targeted and effective email marketing campaigns. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure CRM data quality supports broader business and reporting requirements. 


Reporting and Analytics 

  • Monitor, analyse, and report on email campaign performance and lead generation metrics. 
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing email campaign optimisation. 
  • Contribute to regular marketing performance reports with detailed analysis of email effectiveness and ROI. 


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in email marketing and marketing automation within a B2B context. 
  • Experience managing and maintaining CRM contact data to support targeted marketing campaigns. 
  • Demonstrable expertise in designing, building, and optimising email campaigns and nurture journeys. 
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics). 
  • Strong copywriting skills and experience creating compelling B2B content. 
  • Understanding of GDPR compliance and data protection best practices. 
  • Experience collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver coordinated campaigns. 
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Preferred:

  • Experience in a professional services or technology-driven environment. 
  • Exposure to generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) for creation and optimisation of marketing content.
