This is a fixed-term maternity cover role, reporting into the Senior Digital Marketing Manager. The role will focus on executing high-performing email campaigns, building and optimising CRM automation, and delivering high-quality customer communication journeys.

We are looking for someone with strong technical CRM and automation expertise, combined with excellent creative judgement — someone who can confidently build workflows in ClickDimensions and MS Dynamics while also creating professional, visually engaging, high-converting email communications.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable executing across the full campaign lifecycle — from building automations and sales sequences to designing emails, writing compelling copy, and ensuring all communications are delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Email content, design & campaign execution
  • Build and execute visually engaging, high-performing email campaigns across newsletters, sales sequences, lead nurture journeys, and operational communications.
  • Design professional, on-brand email layouts and content optimised for engagement and conversion.
  • Write and refine compelling email copy aligned to brand tone and messaging.
  • Ensure all communications are accurate, proof-read, and delivered to a high standard.
Marketing automation & sales sequencing
  • Build, manage, and optimise email automation workflows in ClickDimensions to support nurture journeys, onboarding, sales sequencing, and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Implement best practice across segmentation, personalisation, and journey logic.
Email communications coordination
  • Support the planning and execution of the email communications calendar.
  • Collaborate with data, web, creative, and marketing teams to ensure aligned and well-timed communications.
Performance & reporting
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Use insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and engagement.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
  • Proven experience in a CRM, email marketing, or marketing automation role (ideally B2B).
  • Hands-on experience with ClickDimensions and MS Dynamics (or similar CRM platforms).
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalisation, and deliverability.
  • Experience building email campaigns, automation workflows, and CRM-integrated forms.
  • Strong design sensibility with the ability to create visually polished email communications.
  • Experience using tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or Illustrator (portfolio of email work preferred).
  • Confident copywriting skills for email and short-form marketing content.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimise campaigns.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Collaborative and proactive, with the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.

KPIs
  • Timely and accurate delivery of email campaigns and communications.
  • Improvement in email engagement metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions).
  • Performance of automated journeys and sales sequences.
  • Contribution to lead generation and lead-to-MQL conversion.
  • Quality and consistency of CRM data capture via forms.
  • Continuous improvement of campaign performance through optimisation.

WHY JOIN US

  • Join Europe’s leading education technology group in a remote role, with regular meet-ups in London, and play a key role in shaping how we communicate with millions of users across a multi-brand portfolio.
  • Make a significant impact on our CRM and email communications strategy, with the opportunity to define how campaigns, automation, and customer journeys are built, delivered, and optimised.
  • Work in a role that gives you real influence over email marketing standards, automation design, and customer communication quality.
  • Collaborate with experienced, cross-functional teams across data, product, and marketing to deliver well-orchestrated, high-impact communications.
