Job Description

We are hiring an Integrated Producer to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Integrated Production Director, and working with experienced Shoot Producers, you will help shape and deliver campaigns for one of Jellyfish's main accounts. You will have a track record in managing complex, versatile projects across several channels, but primarily in the social space.

With up to a dozen global shoots annually, you'll bring expertise in managing multiple, high-complexity productions simultaneously while ensuring the smooth delivery and quality.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Production Oversight

  • Work with the Integrated Production Director to -
  • Manage the financial, creative, and workflow aspects of production.
  • Manage project budgets, reconciliations, tracking of hours, and overall project pacing.
  • Strategic Project Management
  • Assess the feasibility of creative briefs and guide the briefing, review, and feedback process in collaboration with the creative team.
  • Work with the Integrated Production Director to manage production schedules, ensuring agreement on our teams and clients.

Production Support and Coordination

  • Manage actions across multiple projects to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Handle essential project administration, including documentation and task tracking.
  • Provide coordination across production teams, ensuring process adherence.
  • Perform quality assurance during delivery to guarantee all outputs meet the highest standards.

Resource Coordination & Vendor Management

  • Collaborate with Resource Management to allocate other departments.
  • Manage freelance talent, third-party vendors, and other production partners with oversight from the Integrated Production Director
  • Reconcile projects and maintain accurate documentation for all deliverables.

Client and Team Collaboration

  • Be a central contact for production partners, and our teams.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining clear communication and managing expectations.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing complex, high-profile projects in a creative or production environment.
  • Expertise in social production workflows. Digital and broadcast is a bonus.
  • Financial knowledge, with experience managing budgets and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g. Wrike and Google Sheets).
  • Adept at building strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
  • Experience in shoot management, including pre-production, on-set coordination, and post-production.
  • Familiarity with emerging production technologies and trends in digital media.
  • Knowledge of content production for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
