What we do?

Paddle offers digital product companies a completely different approach to their payment infrastructure. Instead of assembling and maintaining a complex stack of payments-related apps and services, we’re a Merchant of Record for our customers. That means we take away 100% of the pain of payment fragmentation. It’s faster, safer, cheaper, and, above all, way better.

We’re backed by investors including KKR, FTV Capital, Kindred, Notion, and 83North and serve over 6000 software sellers in 245 territories globally.

The Role

We’re looking for a Creative Operations & Studio Manager to help build the operational
engine behind Paddle’s Brand Studio. We’re a relatively small studio today, but we have big ambitions. We’re building the systems, workflows, and creative infrastructure that will help Paddle scale its brand globally, and this role will play a key part in shaping how that happens. You’ll partner closely with designers, brand marketers, freelancers, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders across the business to help the studio operate effectively at scale. Part operator, part systems thinker, part creative enabler, you’ll help shape how a modern, AI-enabled brand studio operates at scale.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves improving how teams work. Someone who gets excited by connecting tools, automating workflows, experimenting with AI products, and removing friction from the creative process. The kind of person who tinkers with Claude, Gemini, Notion AI, Figma, or other creator tools, just to see what’s possible. You may have occasionally wondered whether product, operations, or systems design was your path, but what really energises you is helping creative teams do their best work. You’ll also help drive major brand initiatives, launches, campaigns, and creative productions, bringing structure and momentum to ambitious creative work.

What you'll do
  • Own studio intake, workflows, timelines, and project coordination.

  • Build scalable systems and processes that help the studio operate more effectively.

  • Experiment with AI tools and automation to improve speed, quality, and team

  • efficiency.

  • Streamline repetitive workflows and identify opportunities to reduce operational friction.

  • Help evolve the studio operating system across tools like Claude,Notion, Asana, Figma, and emerging AI platforms.

  • Build and maintain templates, documentation, trackers, and resource libraries.

  • Support major brand launches, campaigns, and creative productions.

  • Coordinate reviews, approvals, vendors, freelancers, and asset management.

  • Improve visibility across priorities, capacity, and delivery timelines.

  • Continuously identify and improve workflow bottlenecks.

We’d love to hear from you if you are:
  • A systems thinker who loves making teams faster, smarter, and more effective.

  • Naturally curious about AI, automation, and the future of creative work.

  • Someone who enjoys experimenting with tools and finding better ways of working.

  • Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple moving projects.

  • Calm under pressure and able to bring structure to ambiguity.

  • Energised by enabling creative people and creative work at scale.

  • Excited by the opportunity to help build a world-class global brand studio.

Bonus points if you:
  • Have introduced AI tooling or automation into creative or marketing workflows.

  • Have experience supporting brand campaigns, launches, events, or productions.

  • Have built operational systems for fast-moving creative or marketing teams.

  • Stay plugged into emerging AI workflows and creative technologies.
