Are you passionate about creating content that promotes healthier living? We’re looking for a Creative Content Manager with a strong commercial mindset to join our team! In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to develop and implement innovative content strategies that shape our brand's voice and drive online sales. Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content management strategy that aligns with our brand objectives
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed

Content Creation:

  • Lead the ideation and creation of engaging social media content that resonates with our audience
  • Oversee our paid advertising campaigns across various platforms to continuously optimize content based on best practices and input from inhouse performance marketing team
  • Generate exciting testimonials and user-generated content (UGC) to build trust and credibility
  • Write compelling copy for digital advertisements that connect with our audience

Performance Analysis:

  • Analyze social media metrics and ad performance to evaluate effectiveness
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine content and enhance campaign performance

Content Guidelines & Compliance:

  • Ensure all content adheres to advertising regulations and aligns with brand guidelines
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in digital marketing, communication or relevant field
  • Fluent in English
  • At least 4-5 years of experience from digital marketing/content marketing
  • Proficiency in copywriting and creation of various types of content, including written, visual, and multimedia formats
  • Profound experience from working with social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest etc.
  • Basic knowledge in tools and platforms for measuring content performance, such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and SEO tools
  • Proficiency in analyzing digital KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates, engagement metrics, and social media insights to measure content performance and optimize strategies
