We are recruiting for a Contract Scrum Master / Project Manager to start ASAP. Ideally, you’ll be able to work from Oxford every Wednesday and have strong Salesforce experience.

We’re looking for a Scrum Master / Project Manager to support our client, combining strong project management skills with hands-on Agile and Scrum experience. A key requirement for this role is previous Salesforce experience.

What you’ll do
  • Lead and facilitate all key Agile and Scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
  • Manage projects effectively, ensuring delivery stays on track against timelines, scope and objectives.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, delivery teams and stakeholders to support successful project outcomes.
  • Remove blockers and help teams adopt and continuously improve Agile ways of working.
  • Track project progress, risks, dependencies and actions.
  • Support effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Use your Salesforce knowledge and experience to understand the platform, delivery requirements and project context.
  • Help the team maintain a strong focus on delivery, collaboration and continuous improvement.
What you’ll bring
  • Proven experience working as a Scrum Master, Project Manager or similar Agile delivery role.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience of Agile Scrum methodologies and ceremonies.
  • Experience managing projects from planning through to delivery.
  • Must have Salesforce experience - ideally within a project or delivery environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving blockers and delivery challenges.
Contract Details
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Duration: Until the end of 2026 (approximately 4 months)
  • Working pattern: Part-time initially for the first 2.5 months, then ramping up to full-time
  • Location: Oxford - must be able to work onsite every Wednesday
  • Rate: £350-£450 per day
  • Salesforce experience: Essential
