JOB SUMMARY
The Content Marketing Manager improves business growth by driving the content vision for the Business Marketing team. This individual leads the development of written and visual content that supports the marketing content blueprint, including product briefs, white papers, executive briefs, infographics, videos, and more. They plan, create and manage the development of content that inspires audiences to move throughout the buyer's journey while supporting lead generation goals and the integrated marketing strategy.
Employing strong project management skills, this individual will propel business through the development of enticing client-first content; will grow and develop sales and revenue through connecting the GTM messaging and strategy with demand generation campaigns. This person thrives while working with cross-functional teams within an office environment and guiding marketing campaigns across the organization. They will report to the Director of Business Marketing Content for goals, guidance and assistance.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Encourage company-wide excellence by actively and consistently supporting all efforts to enhance and simplify the client experience.• Be the empowering leader of marketing programs for all products and offers by planning and developing marketing content for use in marketing campaigns and lead generation including sales and partner channels.• Collaborate with business leaders to understand target strategies and schedules while ensuring a successful cycle through support of client acquisition.• Drive the sales cycle by developing, maintaining and communicating marketing content for all targets, products offers and geographic areas.• Expand industry knowledge by collaborating with internal subject matter experts and following industry organizations and other experts.• Set and meet deadlines for multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and efficiency through effective project management skills.• Perform additional duties related to the position as assiged.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to work well with people from all levels of the organization, many different disciplines and varying degrees of technical and business experience

  • Proficient with Microsoft365 and Adobe Creative Cloud suites.


Required Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related discipline and/or an equivalent experience
  • MBA/Masters preferred

Knowledge of B2B technology marketing, particularly for high-speed internet and networking, security, cloud, voice and unified communications and TV products and services preferred
