Overview

This pivotal role will be responsible for upholding existing ISO certifications and supporting the certification of additional international Apadmi group business units. You’ll help ensure process alignment by auditing teams and championing continuous improvement—particularly within the delivery of our software services to a broad and growing client base.

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about quality, thrives in collaborative environments, and enjoys making a real difference by building effective, inclusive systems that empower others to succeed.

This role focuses on driving consistency, efficiency and quality across teams to support the smooth delivery of impactful digital products. You’ll help identify and implement process improvements that reduce friction and strengthen workflows. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, your contribution will help ensure we continue to meet client needs to a high standard, on time, and with lasting value.

What you'll be working on

You’ll play a key role in helping Apadmi’s leadership define and operate core processes while ensuring we maintain and evolve our management system certifications. Alongside auditing our current ways of working, you’ll also look for opportunities to improve them—supporting long-term success for both our project teams and the wider business.

Every Apadmi project is unique, and you’ll adapt your support accordingly—spotting ways to enable teams and make processes more intuitive and efficient. Your work will be crucial to upholding quality as we grow, both in the UK and across our international offices.

You’ll be confident working with traditional management systems such as ISO standards (e.g., Information Security, Quality Management), while also appreciating modern agile and flexible delivery practices. You’ll act as a quality advocate—helping us learn, share and improve internally, as well as supporting our clients in understanding the value of how we work.

You’ll have the confidence to question assumptions and engage with senior colleagues in a constructive way, always focused on improvement and outcomes.

  • Ensuring the business maintains our current ISO certifications through documentation, board-level reviews, and internal audits.

  • Supporting the certification of international Apadmi group business units to UK standards in quality and information security.

  • Providing support throughout the sales process—including early-stage client engagement and input into tenders and due diligence.

  • Leading regular audits of our management systems and delivery processes.

  • Helping shape how we deliver projects through knowledge-sharing and the introduction of new techniques or practices.

  • Working with our Learning & Development team to support the creation and delivery of relevant training content.

  • Helping teams across Apadmi maximise value and customer satisfaction through process support and improvement.

  • Identifying and helping remove blockers that affect project teams or wider business progress.

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to simplify processes and improve communication across functions.

  • Onboarding new colleagues, suppliers and partners into Apadmi’s management systems and processes.

What you'll bring to the team

You don’t need to tick every box to be considered—we value potential as well as experience. If you’re passionate about quality, adaptable in your approach, and excited to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Strong experience in quality management, ideally within a digital product, consultancy, or software development setting.

  • Hands-on experience with ISO management systems—especially Information Security (ISO 27001) and Quality (ISO 9001).

  • Confidence in auditing and improving processes to support team and business success.

  • Understanding of a range of software development approaches—from traditional delivery models to modern agile frameworks.

  • Commitment to continuous learning and development, with an interest in staying up to date on compliance and delivery best practices.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels.

  • A supportive, people-first mindset—you take pride in seeing others succeed and enjoy being part of that progress.

  • Ability to influence and bring people with you, while listening and adapting as needed.

  • Self-motivated, solution-focused, and a positive outlook.
