Job Description
At JPMorgan Chase & Co., we offer you the opportunity to be part of a leading global financial services firm. As a member of the Compensation Operations Team, you will play a crucial role in shaping compensation practices that support our diverse workforce across more than 60 countries.
As a Compensation Operations Specialist in the Compensation Operations Team, you will be instrumental in implementing and managing compensation practices that align with our firm's strategic goals. You will collaborate with HR colleagues and line managers to ensure effective compensation administration and drive process improvements.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver EMEA Compensation operational processes efficiently.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on compensation practices and policies for HR colleagues and lines of business.
  • Partner with global and regional colleagues to manage compensation-related projects, including policy reviews and systems development.
  • Actively focus on standardizing and streamlining processes for increased efficiency.
  • Manage the administration of deferred compensation programs, employee preferences, and tax elections.
  • Coordinate with global and regional colleagues to ensure timely and accurate delivery of compensation processes.
  • Provide support for annual compensation planning during the year-end process.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 2 years of experience in Compensation, HR Service Delivery, Finance, or Operations.
  • Highly motivated and innovative, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel is critical.
  • Prior experience with HR systems is advantageous.
  • Skills in process improvement and data analysis.


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in compensation administration within a global organization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
