Blockovate is a new and ambitious marketing agency on a mission to help innovative blockchain based solutions reach their target audience.

We work with leading blockchain projects and help transform their marketing efforts, ensuring their project reaches the right audience, and achieves its necessary goals.

Role

We are looking for a Community Manager to join our growing team. In this role you will work with a variety of different clients to ensure their communities are happy and constantly engaged. You will be responsible for making sure our clients' communities are running smoothly and are a positive place for members to reside.

Key accountabilities

  • Managing a team of freelance moderators based around the world
  • Ideating, planning and executing community events and games to engage with them
  • Setting the standard for community moderators, and upholding the standard within your team
  • Managing the clients community brand ambassadors
  • Communicating messages from the product team and other departments in a consistent manner throughout the community
  • Ensuring all pinned information, commands, and community rules are regularly updated and accurate
  • Engaging with community members within telegram, discord and other community groups, answering questions and providing assistance
  • Combating FUD and spam within the community
  • Measuring and providing reports on growth and engagement statistics for your channel
  • Working with other departments to plan omni-channel marketing campaigns to fire up and excite the community
Requirements
  • Work experience in a crypto or blockchain business (essential)
  • Demonstrable experience managing communities and a team of moderators
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Organised and able to coordinate different projects
  • Eye for detail and resolution to always deliver high quality work

Benefits
  • £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
  • Remote working policy - work in the office, at home, or a mix of both
