  • Support internal communication needs for EMEA growth functions (e.g., Systems, Commercial)
  • Deliver tailored messaging for countries across Europe, including Germany, in partnership with local leaders
  • Write and edit communications across formats: leadership updates, newsletters, internal articles, recognition stories, and presentation support
  • Plan and deliver employee Town Halls, including content and logistics coordination
  • Manage content across internal platforms (Viva Engage, SharePoint, internal email, video, etc.)
  • Coordinate translations and localization to ensure messages are culturally and linguistically appropriate
  • Support EMEA-wide campaigns
  • Advise stakeholders on tone, format, and message structure to increase clarity and engagement
  • Track engagement metrics, analyze feedback, and improve communications based on data and input
  • Manage multiple communication streams and deadlines in a matrixed, fast-paced environment

What we look for:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Five or more years in corporate employee/internal communications with excellent writing and editing skills across a variety of formats
  • Fluent English (C2 level); ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging messaging
  • Experience tailoring communications across diverse employee audiences and regions
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate across all levels while handling sensitive/confidential content
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize information quickly and align messaging to enterprise priorities
  • Managed team of champions and incoming local content
  • Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Self-starter who proactively seeks learning opportunities and thrives in both collaborative and independent settings
  • Creative mindset, excellent organizational skills, and strong attention to detail
  • Data-driven approach or familiarity with communication measurement and insights tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage)

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting communication in European countries
  • Experience with internal analytics tools such as Power BI, Viva Insights, or similar
