About Us

Revvity is a developer and provider of end-to-end solutions designed to help scientists, researchers, and clinicians solve the world’s greatest health challenges. We pair the enthusiasm of an industry disruptor with the experience of a longtime leader. Our team of 11,000+ colleagues from around the globe are vital to our success and the reason we’re able to push boundaries in pursuit of better human health.

Find your future at Revvity

At Revvity, we’re committed to creating a workplace culture that connects, inspires, and empowers our people And we are looking for an Employee Engagement and Communication Partner to play a pivotal role in this mission—helping translate our global values and business strategy into meaningful stories and experiences across our European locations.

This role is ideal for someone who understands culture as a strategic driver of engagement and retention, and who can weave narratives that resonate across borders, teams, and roles. You'll work closely with site and regional leaders, global teams, and a growing network of cultural ambassadors to ensure our people feel informed, heard, and part of something bigger.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and deliver key global initiatives that foster employee engagement, support two-way communication, and create a sense of belonging for all colleagues.
  • Craft compelling stories that bring our values and strategy to life—translating global priorities into engaging regional narratives that spark connection and pride.
  • Amplify regional voices by identifying success stories and ensuring they receive global visibility.
  • Shape the narrative of major internal forums such as QLT meetings, functional town halls, and all-employee events—elevating content and engagement.
  • Support site and regional leaders with high-impact communications including async video scripts, talking points, and communications that boost authenticity and trust.
  • Drive consistency across markets by ensuring communications are globally aligned yet locally nuanced.
  • Activate the People Experience & Culture Survey, using insights to measure impact and deploy action plans that close engagement gaps.
  • Stay on the pulse of industry trends, employee engagement best practices, and internal communication innovation—bringing forward bold ideas to evolve how we connect with our people.

What You Bring

  • Significant experience in employee engagement, project management, or internal communications.
  • Background in organizational storytelling, communications, or culture-building initiatives.
  • Proven success in managing projects at a global scale, ideally within a matrixed organization.
  • A strategic mindset paired with strong executional ability—able to move between ideation and delivery with ease.
  • Deep understanding of culture as a business driver, with a passion for shaping meaningful employee experiences.

This is a unique opportunity to shape how culture shows up at Revvity. If you’re passionate about creating connection and purpose in the workplace—and have the storytelling and project chops to make it happen—we’d love to hear from you.
