  • Bring our brand voice to life during a time of major transformation

  • Deliver internal and external communications that drive engagement

  • Manila-based role in a fast-paced, high-impact marketing and communications team

Summary Line:
Lead strategic communications at Probe CX and help shape how we connect, engage and grow.

We’re looking for a dynamic and talented Communications Manager to help shape the way we communicate — both internally and externally — during an exciting period of transformation and growth.

This is a rare opportunity for a communications professional who thrives on turning complexity into clarity, and who brings a sharp editorial eye, a confident voice and a deep understanding of how communication drives engagement and culture.

If you’re passionate about storytelling, alignment and brand voice — and ready to work across diverse audiences, from frontline teams to senior leaders — this role offers the perfect mix of strategic influence and hands-on delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver integrated communication campaigns across internal and external channels for our house of brands: Probe Group, Probe CX, Convai and Innovior.

  • Create engaging content that reinforces our brand voice, business priorities and employee experience

  • Partner with internal stakeholders (including Marketing, Growth and People Experience teams) to drive alignment

  • Support media relations and public-facing communications, including thought leadership and media releases

  • Manage internal and external communication platforms including our intranet, newsroom and contribute to our social media channels

  • Track performance of communications activity and use analytics to optimise future campaigns

What You Bring

  • 5–10 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations, ideally in B2B, technology or outsourcing industries

  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills — you simplify the complex and connect with every audience

  • Proven experience in managing both internal and external communications in fast-paced, dynamic environments

  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams

  • Strong editorial judgement, attention to detail, and a natural sense for tone, timing, and message clarity

  • Familiarity with communications platforms, digital tools, and analytics to measure success

Why Join Probe CX?

  • A career-defining opportunity to work in a regional business undergoing exciting change

  • Real ownership of your craft — your words will shape employee experience and brand reputation

  • Work with a collaborative, values-driven marketing and communications team

  • Exposure to major transformation, new platforms, and future-facing technologies

  • Flexible work arrangements and a culture that values creativity, initiative, and growth
