As a Commercial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for preparing proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment.

As a Commercial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading commercial intensity, implement commercial strategies to drive incremental revenue and profitability, and effectively communicate the same across the enterprise.

  • Reviewing, drafting, and is accountable for technical and commercial amendments, tenders, and alternative proposals. 

  • Managing the deal review process, including risk identification and mitigation, costing, pricing, deal strategy, cross product line synergies, and optimization of third-party elements to ensure a winning proposal is submitted and enacted upon award.

  • Utilizing reports and dashboards to provide commercial intelligence and insight.

  • Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree and Master's in Mechanical / Management Engineering is preferred

  • Have experience of at least 5 years in a commercial role.

  • Demonstrate ability to develop and implement strategies to accomplish business goals.

  • Have good knowledge on commercial and financial model.

  • Have effective communication skills, high self-organization, project and schedule management, problem solving of project 'roadblocks' and relationship development with key stakeholders.

  • Be able to achieve real business outcomes working with others, across all levels of the organization.
