Commercial Intelligence Leader (Fixed-Term Contract)

Location: UK – Homebased

We're looking for an experienced Commercial Intelligence Leader to build, mature and lead BSI's enterprise commercial intelligence capability. This is a full-time fixed-term contract role reporting to the SVP, GTM Strategy and operating in a hybrid, UK home-based environment. You'll transform complex commercial data into actionable insights, developing predictive models, dashboards and AI-driven analytics that support strategic decision-making across the business. To succeed, you'll bring significant experience in commercial intelligence or analytics, strong data modelling expertise, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders through insight-led recommendations.
 

Responsibilities

  • Build and evolve BSI's enterprise commercial intelligence framework
  • Develop commercial data models covering pipeline, forecasting, segmentation and account health
  • Lead the development of AI and machine learning capabilities to improve forecasting, propensity modelling and churn detection
  • Create integrated dashboards and reporting that provide visibility across the commercial lifecycle
  • Establish governance standards for commercial data quality, consistency and usage
  • Identify opportunities to optimise commercial processes, workflows and technology
  • Partner with senior leaders to provide insight-led recommendations that drive business performance
  • Drive adoption of commercial intelligence tools and methodologies across global teams

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Significant experience in commercial intelligence, analytics, data science or revenue operations
  • Strong experience translating large, complex and fragmented datasets into actionable commercial insights
  • Expertise in data modelling, predictive analytics and business intelligence tools
  • Experience applying AI and machine learning within a commercial environment
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect insights to business outcomes
  • Experience working within large, matrixed organisations
  • Experience within technology, consulting, insurance, digital trust, sustainability or other complex professional services environments would be advantageous

Salary Range: £92,250 - £110,000

The advertised salary range reflects the level, scope and responsibilities of the role. Starting salary within that range will be determined based on experience, skills, market considerations and alignment with internal equity principles.
