About the role
We have a fabulous opportunity for a pro-active and result-driven individual to join as a Commercial Finance Manager for the UK Commercial Finance Team within our Industrial sector.
Working closely with the internal Sales teams and Site teams, you will be supporting the Head of Sales and General Managers to build their commercial strategy by driving profitability, enhancing the decision-making process, and supporting strategic growth. Along with month end analysis, the Commercial Finance Manager will be focused on providing insights and actionable analysis to create value through volume, revenue and margin.
This role will lead pricing within the business unit and drive a consistent commercial approach to create value. This is a key role to business partner the business unit on pricing, performance and value which means that strong communication skills are critical and must be able to present information in a clear and accessible manner to non-financial team members to be successful.

About you
- ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Demonstrable experience within a commercial finance role within FMCG or a similar fast-paced industry
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to influence business decisions and deliver financial improvements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and hold stakeholders accountable
- Constructive challenger with a proactive and solution-focused approach
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities with a focus on delivering actionable insights
- Advanced Excel proficiency
Location: This is a full time, hybrid role with 2 or 3 days on site (either Kettering or Blunham) and the rest of the week at home.
