About the role

We’re looking for a Transformation Finance Manager to support the delivery of dentsu’s Global Transformation program across APAC. This role plays a critical part in tracking and analysing the financial and operational performance of a complex, large-scale transformation agenda.

Working closely with the APAC Transformation Director and the broader regional and global program teams, you’ll provide high-quality financial insight, modelling and analysis to support informed decision‑making and successful delivery of outcomes.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global organisation at a pivotal point of transformation and make a meaningful impact.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be a trusted finance partner across the transformation program, with responsibilities including:

  • Providing financial analysis and decision support for the core DfG / Transformation Finance program
  • Partnering with senior business leaders to review strategic financial plans and challenge assumptions through insight‑led analysis
  • Analysing consolidated budgets and forecasts, translating results into clear guidance and recommendations
  • Maintaining and evolving the core financial model for the overall program
  • Tracking costs and benefits across the program, proactively identifying risks, gaps or opportunities against targets
  • Supporting reforecasting, annual planning cycles and program-wide financial submissions
  • Preparing clear, high-quality presentations on financial performance and key drivers
  • Identifying opportunities to improve profitability, margin and operational efficiency
  • Supporting the APAC Transformation Office with ad-hoc, high-impact financial analysis as required
  • Contributing to the implementation of best‑practice financial planning processes and data consistency

What you’ll bring

You’ll be a technically strong finance professional who is comfortable operating in complex, matrixed environments. Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Strong financial modelling capability, with advanced Excel skills
  • Experience interpreting and working with complex financial models built by others
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
  • The ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear, practical way
  • Experience working in large, global organisations, ideally within transformation or shared services environments
  • A track record supporting process optimisation, operational excellence and large-scale change initiatives
