As a Sales Operations Analyst I, you'll support cross-functional teams in managing contract proposals, tender submissions, and budget processes with meticulous attention to detail. Coordinate sales activities, from initial opportunity identification through contract execution, while partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery against deadlines. Create positive impact by optimizing processes, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Supporting proposal development by leading budget preparation and bid negotiations in response to client requests
Working closely with internal stakeholders to translate customer requirements into accurate resource and cost allocations
Supporting proposal strategy discussions and ensuring all budget data is accurately captured in internal bidding systems and client templates
Reviewing RFPs for completeness
Performing quality control on proposal documents
Ensuring all submissions are compliant, clearly articulated, and aligned with agreed study strategies
Following established processes and procedures and receiving regular guidance
Building strong working relationships within the team
Bachelor's Degree required, no prior experience required (or equivalent working experience)
Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
Additional professional certifications or training in relevant areas preferred
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis and financial modelling
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, QAD) preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Strong organizational and project management capabilities with focus on meeting deadlines
Detail-oriented mindset with commitment to accuracy and quality control
Ability to work effectively in a results-oriented environment
Knowledge of commercial sales operations, revenue recognition, and contract management principles
Experience with tender/RFP processes and documentation preferred Professional fluency in English required; additional language skills valued
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and process improvement mindset
Strong customer service orientation with focus on building collaborative relationships
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data integrity
