Our team is growing, and we're looking for an enthusiastic Collection Specialist to join our team in our London office.

About The Role
We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Collection Specialist to help manage and optimize our collections process. In this role, you'll take ownership of outstanding invoices and payments, working independently to minimise profit loss while ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. If you thrive in problem-solving, enjoy working with automated payment systems, and have a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you!
Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in collections and billing.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Experience with NetSuite (a must).
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to an evolving automated environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience working with global teams
  • Experience with Salesforce
