Support and Training: Provide guidance on cloud waste reduction to subscription owners and support training and upskilling sessions for internal teams, ensuring they are equipped to manage cloud resources efficiently.
  • Develop and Document Processes: Create comprehensive documentation of processes, policies, and optimisation strategies, including identifying further opportunities for using cloud-native services and third-party tools.
