As a Client Tax Analyst - Documentation and Onboarding in International Tax Operations, you will manage tax onboarding activities and validate client tax documentation to support compliant processing and a strong client experience. You will work with partners across operations, product, technology, controls, and compliance to keep processes scalable, consistent, and well-controlled. Job responsibilities
- Process client onboarding activities from a tax documentation and data perspective
- Validate client tax documentation accurately and within defined service timelines
- Review documentation for completeness and alignment to applicable tax requirements
- Maintain and update tax-related client data to support accuracy and integrity
- Partner with global teams to ensure consistent processing and handoffs
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and recurring documentation issues
- Implement or support automation solutions that reduce manual effort and errors
- Perform routine data analysis to support documentation, controls, and compliance needs
- Monitor process controls and escalate issues and risks in a timely manner
- Track work against service level expectations and manage competing priorities
- Document procedures and contribute to continuous improvement of operating practices

- Demonstrated administrative and organizational capability in an operations environment
- Proven ability to deliver high-accuracy work with strong attention to detail
- Ability to review and validate client documentation against defined requirements

- Familiarity with tax documentation workflows supporting withholding or preferential tax treatment
- Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes
- Experience working with global stakeholders across time zones and functions
- Demonstrated focus on data quality management and control-minded processing
- Familiarity with regulated operating environments and related control practices
- Experience using workflow, case management, or ticketing tools to manage tasks and service levels
