Job Description

The role: Client Relationship Manager - London
Location: London, Hybrid – 3 days in the office & 2 days at home
Contract: Full time, 37.5 hrs per week

Role responsibilities:

  • Identify and liaise with key stakeholders in new & existing accounts, by telephone, email and LinkedIn, to create sales opportunities for our Senior Account Managers.
  • Prospect new customers whilst maintaining and growing our existing customer relationships to create sales opportunities.
  • Maintain all relevant sales management information & report on sales activity using Salesforce.
  • Understand QA’s unique selling points and use this to win more business.
  • Deliver high levels of customer service.
  • Constantly developing an understanding of your product offering and sales techniques.

Qualifications

What experience/qualifications do I need?

  • Previous experience in business to business or a year in sales roles would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office at beginner level
  • Working to tight deadlines where high levels of accuracy are required
  • Some experience of delivering against performance objectives.
