Overview

As the Channel Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing programs tailored to our mid-tier partners. These partners are key to our success, and your efforts will focus on helping them effectively promote our products and services within their local markets. You will work closely with the Channel Marketing team, Channel Sales, and Product teams to create customized marketing strategies that align with both our brand and the unique needs of our partners.

If you are located within the greater area of one of our U.S. offices, it's a great opportunity to collaborate in person with your peers and visit the office on a regular cadence. Verkada has offices in San Mateo, CA; Phoenix, AZ; Salt Lake City, UT; Austin, TX; New York, NY; Philadelphia, PA; and Tampa, FL. Details can be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities

  • Partner Relationship Support: Serve as the primary marketing liaison for partners, providing guidance, resources, and support to ensure their success.
  • Program Creation & Campaign Execution: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing programs that scale including email marketing, co-branded collateral, digital promotions, and social media strategies tailored towards a broad set of partners and partner types (resellers and integrators).
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver marketing materials, including templates, case studies, product briefs, and sales tools, ensuring they are easy to customize for partners.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of partner marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future initiatives.
  • Training & Enablement: Help develop and deliver marketing training sessions or webinars to educate partners on best practices and the use of marketing assets.
  • Market Insights: Collect and analyze feedback from partners to help shape future marketing strategies and tactics, ensuring they are relevant to the local market.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Product, and Channel teams to align marketing efforts and ensure a cohesive approach to partner engagement.

Qualifications

  •  3+ years of experience in channel marketing/sales or distribution marketing/sales. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a focus on relationship-building.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM platforms (Salesforce), and marketing automation systems.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for learning and growing within the channel marketing field.

Annual Pay Range

Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).

$140,000$185,000 USD
