The Role:

We are looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to drive retail and operator marketing initiatives across the UK and Ireland. You will be responsible for designing and executing high-impact marketing programs with key retail partners and mobile network operators to grow sales, brand awareness, and engagement. 

This role requires a strategic and creative thinker who can execute and operate in a fast paced environment. We need someone with a passion for consumer technology and experience in retail and channel marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Retail and Operator Strategy: Develop and execute joint marketing strategies with key retailers (e.g. Argos, Currys, John Lewis, Very) and mobile operators to drive sales and brand growth.
  • Go-to-Market Execution: Lead channel marketing efforts for product launches, ensuring seamless execution of in-store and online campaigns, POS materials, and promotional activities.
  • Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and operator marketing teams to secure impactful marketing placements, co-branded campaigns, and promotional opportunities.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance, sales impact, and customer engagement, using insights to optimize future marketing initiatives.
  • In-Store and Digital Activation: Develop best-in-class retail experiences, including training programs, demo areas, in-store displays, and digital retail presence.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate the channel marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including GTM, Global Marketing and other regional teams to ensure alignment on messaging, promotions, and execution.

Requirements:

  • Experience: experience in channel marketing or retail marketing preferably in the audio, consumer electronics or mobile industry. 
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the UK & Ireland retail landscape and mobile operator or audio ecosystem.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute compelling marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, partners and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Data-Driven: Analytical mindset with experience in tracking marketing performance and optimizing campaigns based on insights.
  • Relationship Builder: Proven ability to develop and maintain strong partnerships with external stakeholders.
  • Creative & Agile: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment where innovation and adaptability are key.
