  • Designing and executing an outbound partner acquisition strategy (email, call, cadence, templates, scripts)
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing and broader Sales to optimise partner engagement
  • Creating and managing SDR scorecards, metrics, and performance dashboards
  • Providing regular coaching, feedback, and development to support a culture of high performance
  • Driving operational improvements in the inbound and outbound partner funnel
  • Championing remote-first practices to build a connected and motivated distributed team

Who you are

To thrive at Employment Hero, you’ll need to embody The EH Way – operating with focus, agility, and an obsession with impact. For this role, you’ll also bring:

  • 5+ years of experience leading high-performing SDR or Inside Sales teams in a fast-paced B2B environment
  • A proven track record of hitting and exceeding team pipeline/revenue targets
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and action performance insights
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills, especially in a remote-first setting
  • A deep understanding of outbound sales strategy and execution
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams
  • Passion for process optimisation and a drive to continuously improve
