The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to strategic transformation and continuous improvement initiatives while developing a broad and valuable skill set.

Your new role
Lead and manage small to medium-sized projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals
Conduct discovery sessions to understand current processes, challenges, and opportunities
Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement and data analysis
Analyse data to identify root causes and assess the impact of proposed changes on financial performance, operations, and customer experience.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technology and operational teams
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for change initiatives through clear communication and collaboration
Implement change processes that support smooth transitions and adoption of new ways of working
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of innovation within the division
About you
You’re a curious, analytical thinker who enjoys solving problems and driving meaningful change. You bring a structured approach, a collaborative mindset, and a strong desire to grow your skills in transformation and improvement.
We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:
Experience in a business or change-focused role, such as Project Lead, Product Owner, Business Analyst or Change Consultant.
Exposure to Insurance, Reinsurance, or broader Financial Services, with an understanding of the complexities these sectors bring.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and measure the impact of change
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to build trust and translate complex ideas into clear, actionable insights
Proven ability to gather and document business requirements, running effective discovery sessions and engaging stakeholders
Project coordination skills, including building and managing plans, tracking progress, and aligning teams
Understanding of change management principles, with a focus on supporting smooth transitions and adoption
Problem-solving mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and developing practical, business-focused solutions
Adaptability and a growth mindset, eager to learn, take on new challenges, and develop expertise in change and strategy
