Job Position: Certification Data Analyst
Location: United Kingdom - Homebased
Role Overview:
Our Product Certification business have a fantastic opportunity for a Certification Data Analyst to join our team. This is a key position that will support the Global Operations teams within Assessment Delivery and Certification, providing data driven insights to help drive informed business decisions.
The role will assist in supporting across our 3 regions (Americas, Asia-Pacific and EIMEA) with insightful data to drive performance and identify key compliance areas of focus, across our operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for gathering, analysing, and interpreting complex data sets to help guide strategic business decisions
- Work closely with various departments e.g. certification & delivery teams to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and create data-driven reports that support operational and growth initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Maintain the data and processes that support our reporting tools and models, this will include making checks to ensure the validity and accuracy of our data
- Maintain and publish weekly/monthly reports and dashboards on various business and compliance metrics
- Support projects to improve existing system capabilities which will enable improved performance, monitoring and compliance activities
- Support initiatives across the business to capture data in the correct way in our systems and report on the success of the initiatives
- Support business modelling to support operational performance, forecasting and planning
Skills & Experience Required:
- At least 1 years’ experience in data/business analytics
- Proven experience within a data orientated position and the management of large, complex data sets.
- Experience with data visualisation tools: Tableau, Power BI, etc
- The ability to organise data in a logistical manner
- Excel Knowledge, with an understanding of formulas and modelling
- Experience with Microsoft 365
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Great attention to detail
- Efficient and effective communicator
Desirable Experience:
- Experience of Python and or other coding languages
- Broad technical understanding of client industry products, relevant experience in industry
- Hosting and supporting/presenting via video conference tech (Microsoft Teams, Skype, Webex etc)
