As a Cash Equity Agency Trader - Vice President in the Cash Equities team, you will work on a busy trading floor, helping to maintain and grow client relationships while executing trades and providing market updates. You will collaborate with sales and research teams to deliver comprehensive client coverage, fulfill client requests, and provide institutional clients with timely information. You will have the opportunity to contribute to marketing ideas, initiate transactions, and gain exposure to other sales teams, all while fostering a culture of compliance and continuous learning.

Job Responsibilities
- Receive and execute client orders, coordinating with Sales Traders and clients on pricing, order details, and timing.
- Provide effective after-sales service and support to ensure accurate transaction execution and resolution of issues.
- Understand market drivers and demonstrate competence in executing trades for clients.
- Prioritize resource allocation across clients and products to maximize revenue generation.
- Establish trust with clients by understanding their needs, articulating desk ideas, and being responsive.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal partners and impact revenue beyond own product area.
- Drive product improvements to meet evolving client needs.
- Instill a culture of compliance, integrity, and ethics within the business.
- Ensure risks related to execution are identified, measurable, and monitored in firm systems.
- Proactively identify and escalate potential future issues.
- Understand and follow firm policies for risk management and applicable legal/regulatory rules.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 7 years of relevant working experience.
- Significant experience in an execution role within an investment banking environment.
- Detailed knowledge of the current equities market, including trends.
- Ability to understand the product cycle and anticipate market trends and impacts across a broad spectrum of products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency is required to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
