This is a remote position.

At Oximio, we help accelerate clinical research by delivering reliable clinical trial logistics solutions across the globe. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Campaign & Account-Based Marketing Specialist to help transform our commercial strategy into targeted marketing campaigns that generate engagement, build relationships, and create new business opportunities.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work closely with Business Development Directors, Account Managers and Commercial teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns that support strategic accounts, market expansion, conferences, digital marketing activities and pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute and optimise integrated marketing campaigns supporting business development and commercial growth.
  • Develop and deliver account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns for strategic clients, sponsors, CROs and priority accounts.
  • Work closely with Business Development teams to increase account engagement and generate qualified commercial opportunities.
  • Coordinate Oximio's participation at international conferences and events, including campaign planning, communications and lead generation activities.
  • Manage digital marketing activities across email campaigns, social media, website content and CRM marketing automation platforms.
  • Create and coordinate marketing collateral including presentations, brochures, case studies, webinars and client communications.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse marketing data and recommend improvements to maximise campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Ensure marketing activities are aligned with commercial priorities, brand standards and overall business objectives.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign management or account-based marketing.
  • Experience supporting commercial, business development or sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, email marketing and CRM platforms.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent project management, communication and copywriting skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and optimise marketing activities.
  • Experience within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, clinical research or logistics is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
