Join Cross Product Change Services as a Senior Associate! Lead testing, drive change, and support global Securities Services!
As a Business Testing Analysis - Senior Associate, in Cross Product Change Services (CPCS) team, you will provide business testing analysis for the Depositary Services function within the Securities Services. You will work in a cross-business and cross-functional project-based environment. You will also have the flexibility to offer testing expertise across other Lines Of Businesses and support transformational global initiatives within Cross Product Change Services.
The Cross Product Change Services (CPCS) team provides integrated change, testing and implementation support to Commercial and Investment Bank (CIB) Securities Services stakeholders. CPCS capabilities include end-to-end test management and automation, business analysis, data analytics and program management, which are tailored to enable strategic initiatives in the Securities Services businesses.
Job responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans for scheduled projects and releases.
• Provide accurate testing estimates during daily scrum meetings.
• Create test cases that encompass all scenarios, including end-to-end testing.
• Utilize Jira for comprehensive test management activities, including test case documentation, execution, and defect tracking.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Product, and Technology teams.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance testing processes for assigned projects, and share insights with team members for validation before implementation.
• Oversee the monitoring and reporting of testing defects and manage the re-testing process.
• Act as a deputy for the Test Manager in project calls and communications with relevant stakeholders.
• Validate and present test results for internal sign-off.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Relevant testing experience within the Financial Services industry, supporting multiple lines of business (LOBs) in a highly complex, pressurized, and high-volume environment.
• Expertise in Agile project delivery methodology and the ability to learn and work with evolving methodologies.
• Experience in testing processes to define requirements, document user stories, and test scripts through to test execution.
• Skilled at problem solving, ability to scope and provide structure to complex issues, rapidly learn unfamiliar processes and provide insightful and timely remediation.
• Excellent attention to detail so errors can be prevented and redundancies / opportunities highlighted.
• Very strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear and succinct verbal updates on their work to team members, colleagues, senior leads, executives, and clients.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, manage personnel & team management in order to meet stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to build and nurture effective and lasting relationships with colleagues, team members, and stakeholders across multiple business lines and global locations.
• Able to work comfortably and assuredly under pressure to achieve target deadlines.
• Self-starter, able to work independently, with strong time management skills.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Experience in Securities Services, specifically in the Depositary Service function
• Working knowledge of direct testing with Clearing Houses and Central Banks
• Project / Agile methodology Qualification
