Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Lead the analysis and alignment of business and IT strategies, constructing current and future-state business and technology models to support organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps across platforms and products, translating business strategies into executable technology outcomes.
- Guide decision-making processes with actionable insights on market trends, disruptive forces, and risk mitigation plans, leveraging scenario planning techniques.
- Build and promote the enterprise architecture (EA) practice as an internal consultancy, offering strategic services and driving organizational transformation.
- Collaborate with business leaders, platform owners, and product managers to align architecture activities with business needs, ensuring consistent governance and standards.
- Facilitate innovation by assessing emerging technologies and providing practical guidance for pilot programs, proofs of concept, and innovation cycles.
- Maintain the enterprise-wide Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and ensure the development and application of architectural standards, principles, and guardrails.
- Lead the architecture community to foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and alignment with enterprise technology strategies.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in business solutions architecture or system design roles.
Strong background in process optimization and automation.
Proven experience with architectural design software and tools (TOGAF, etc)
Experience with project management and implementing complex systems architectures.
Strong understanding of enterprise application integration, including API management, middleware and data integration platforms
Strong background in enterprise systems (Software Platforms, ERPs, etc)
Knowledge:
Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and best practices.
Familiarity with security and compliance standards and requirements.
Experience with cloud-based systems and services.
Knowledge of systems development lifecycle (SDLC) and software development practices.
Knowledge of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and IoT is a bonus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong understanding of business processes, data flow and systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
