Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, capable, and driven Business Development Manager to join CDW's Dell Business Unit, responsible for supporting the development and execution of Dell Technologies' strategic direction across CDW's Corporate customer base.

This role focuses on driving Dell-aligned infrastructure sales across Corporate accounts by maximising revenue growth, expanding wallet share, and building strong internal and external partnerships. Acting as the subject matter expert for the CDW- Dell partnership, the BDM will align CDW and Dell's commercial objectives while operating in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

What You Will Do
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the CDW- Dell partnership within Corporate accounts, with strong knowledge of Dell infrastructure and solutions
  • Own and manage a strong, accurate Dell-focused sales pipeline, driving new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Proactively grow existing opportunities by attaching additional Dell solutions and identifying net-new Corporate opportunities
  • Create and own a Dell business plan for your assigned Corporate segment, aligned to joint CDW and Dell priorities
  • Work closely with CDW account teams, technical specialists, and Dell sales teams to drive joint success
  • Engage proactively with Corporate customers to understand infrastructure strategies, challenges, and transformation priorities
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations to customers, internal sales teams, and Dell stakeholders
  • Promote, execute, and maximise the value of Dell programs, incentives, and go-to-market initiatives
  • Own execution of your business plan against defined revenue, pipeline, and activity KPIs
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, and reporting standards
  • Continuously identify and close knowledge gaps to enhance credibility and performance
What We Expect of You
  • Proven track record in business development or senior sales roles within the IT or technology sector
  • Strong understanding of Dell infrastructure solutions and the business challenges they address
  • Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and convert pipeline within Corporate or mid-market environments
  • Experience leading senior-level customer engagements, including strategic reviews and planning sessions
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link technology outcomes to measurable business results
  • Confident communicator able to influence and build relationships at all levels
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong focus on growth and opportunity creation
  • Data-literate and comfortable using analytics to prioritise and progress opportunities
  • Collaborative, pragmatic, and motivated to drive positive change in a customer-centric environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
