About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our bulk branded cleaning products across the B2B sector in across the UK, countrywide. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing new customer relationships, expanding market presence, and delivering consistent sales growth within a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and develop new customers and business opportunities with key accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share and revenue in the bulk cleaning products category.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive business development and effective account management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analyses.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the FMCG or retail sector is essential.
  • Demonstrated success in winning new business and achieving sales growth in a B2B environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders.
