Team Overview
Our team designs and develops solutions that strengthen secure, reliable communication across telecommunication networks. Our platforms are integrated into the ecosystem and technical infrastructure of mobile operators across Europe where our services process and analyze voice calls and messages to improve security and customer engagement for millions of end consumers. In addition, our team provides fully managed Value-Added Services (VAS) solutions to multiple carriers.Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
Own the full business development and sales cycle — from prospecting to close — targeting mobile operators in Italy and the broader European market
Build and nurture senior-level relationships within Tier 1 and Tier 2 operators, navigating complex organizational structures and long enterprise sales cycles
Position and articulate our technical platform solutions to both business and technical stakeholders within large corporate accounts
Develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with product, technical pre-sales, and leadership teams
Identify emerging opportunities in mobile communications fraud prevention, voice & messaging authentication, and omnichannel trust services
Monitor the competitive and regulatory landscape across mobile communications and operator services
Required Knowledge And Experiences
Track record years of experience in business development or enterprise sales within TelCo, Mobile Communications, or related technology sectors
Deep understanding of mobile services, network-based and app-based services, and the challenges facing MNOs today
Proven track record of corporate customer acquisition and managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with Tier 1 operators or large enterprise accounts
Ability to understand and confidently communicate complex technical solutions — you're comfortable in both boardrooms and technical deep-dives
Fluent English and Italian are mandatory; Spanish is a strong plus
Existing network within the Italian and European MNO ecosystem is a significant advantage
The minimum salary for this position, according to the Austrian collective bargaining agreement, is EUR 4,611.00 per month for a full-time employment. Depending on professional experience and/or qualifications, your actual salary is intended to be significantly higher.
