Job Description

As a Business Development Manager - Immediate House Sales you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth in lending to customers in the residential cash-buying property market. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

As a Business Development Manager - Immediate House Sales we are looking for someone to: 

  • Identify and target potential clients within the cash buying residential property space, building strong relationships to increase customer based and client loyalty
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends and competitor activities and then use this information to inform business strategy and client engagement
  • Work with the Director of IHS to create and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed business targets
  • Establish and Maintain professional relationships with industry stakeholders, including estate agents, brokers and property investors
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the products and services offered by the IHS channel and present these to clients in a clear manner
  • Actively manage a sales pipeline ensuring customers receive the required updates 
  • Negotiating pricing and funding levels with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements while meeting company revenue goals

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Strong understanding of experience of dealing with residential property.
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Strong planning and organisation skills
  • A background in telephone or face to face sales
  • Able to operate outside of own personal objectives & work in a team to achieve business objectives and maximise sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience of working with a CRM system and updating contact records.
